Holiday Survivor Challenge!

For those of you who do not know- I just had our second baby and haven’t been posting as frequently!

Each year I do this holiday challenge to keep folks moving and motivated through the hardest months of the year. It started October 31 but it’s not too late! All categories required but if you have an injury, let me know and I can give you a modification.

October Challenge: A Little Early!

I want you to have time to think about this one!! I’ve done the same October challenge for the last 2 years, this being year 3.

I’ve had 100 sign ups each year- but this year opening it up to everyone I know! Hoping to blow 100 out of the water:)

It’s FREE, you just have to walk jog or run 100 miles in 31 days. I will email you weekly for tips and encouragement.

September Challenge

This month: PLANK!

Very do-able…1 minute each day. If you really want a challenge do 2 minutes.

Alternate elbows one day (shoulders over elbows and behind down) and hands the next (shoulders over hands and behind down).

August Challenge

I didn’t even realize it was August until someone so kindly reminded me we needed an August challenge:)

Fair and simple this month….50 squats a day!

Don’t worry about the first two days those are on me. Remember these are on top of any you have already done in a workout (unless you wrote the work out and did it on your own)

July Challenge

Challenge this month is fairly simple but it requires daily attention!

On July 1 (today- can make up tomorrow since I’m late:) you do 1 push up, 1 squat, 1 sit up, 1 burpee. On July 2 you do 2 of each, and so on.

Burpee

How in the world have we gone 5 months of challenges with no burpees?

June = 600 burpees. All the way to lay on ground kind. Ready Set Go. Who’s in?
