Add On (#2!)

Hopefully all of you are keeping up with the sit up challenge! Its not to join but you have some ground to make up!

Here is a version of one of my favorite workouts to teach. All you need is a set of weights so this is also a good one to do at home! (I have posted a similar workout called ‘Add On!’- if you like this format!)

How does it work? Do exercise 1, and exercise 2. Then 1,2,3. Then 1,2,3,4 . Etc, up to 10!

Warm up with a 3 min plank hold.

1. 20 alternating lunges
2. 10 push ups (good ones!)
3. 100 mountain climbers (1=1)
4. 10 burpees
5. 20 weighted squats
6. 20 bicep curls
7. 20 overhead tricep extension
8. 20 squat jumps
9. 20 hip dips each side
10. 100 full sit ups
