a different tabata

A different take on the typical tabata, make sure you have your stop watch!

Cardio warm up of choice

Set #1

4 rounds each, of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off

  • elbow plank
  • stiff leg dead lift to upright row, heavy weights
  • single arm squat thrust (burpee with no push up, odd sets right arm even sets left arm)
  • full sit ups
  • treadmill sprint

8 rounds of each, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off

  • push ups
  • squats
  • burpees
  • lunge jump switch
  • treadmill sprint
