Saturday Funday

Yes….most of you probably had your weekend funday yesterday instead of Sunday Funday, which means today you need to get to the gym:)

Strength and cardio combo below!

Warm up: 4x400M on rower machine, 30 seconds rest between trying to beat your time each time

  • 50 bicep curls
  • 25 squats
  • .25 run
  • 50 overhead tricep extensions
  • 25 lunges each side
  • .25 run
  • 50 push ups
  • 25 knees up each side on bench
  • .25 run
  • 50 full sit ups
  • 25 squats
  • .25 run
Second round, half all strength moves…..instead of 50 do 25 and instead of 25 do 12.  Run stays the same!

Warm up 10 min easy

25 clean and press (preferably a 45lb bar, or heavier)
.25 Sprint

You can use weights and do this outside, or park it near a treadmill and go!
