Fast as you can!

Do all of this in any order, and broken up however you would like!  Just as fast as you can with good form.

  • 50 burpees
  • 100 push ups
  • 150 squats
  • 200 bicycle crunches (1=1)
  • 2 miles

Enjoy, and post your time!  Or, just do for fun and not for speed :)

    When you say break it up do you mean we can break up each item? I am thinking of the pushups… 10 sets of 10? Would that work as long as I do the total amount listed?

    You have got that right! You could do 10, 20– even 5 :) As long as you finish them all!

    Great workout! 34:37. I’m not sure if I did 150 or 200 squats…I started losing track of what I had done.

      OK – this was a great work out – I did it but didn’t time…However, I know that the times above blow me away and I am very impressed!! You guys rock!

    I just did this workout this morning. My time was 31:12. Great workout! I’d like to do it again for a better time when I’m injury-free.
