“Lucky 7”

Warm up with 1.5 mile jog

How it works: Start with #1, then do #1 & #2, then #1, 2, 3, etc- up to last set of #’s1-7

  • #1: 10/10 knees up
  • #2: 20 squat to bicep curl
  • #3: 10/10 push up to side plank
  • #4: 20 overhead tricep extensions
  • #5: Run .25 mile
  • #6: 100 bicycle crunches
  • #7: 10 burpees

Stretch!

10 KB squats, 10 KB squat to upright row, 10 KB swings

5 perfect push ups

20 bicep curls

20 tricep dips

20 MB pikes

Warm Down: 10 min jog/stretch
